Duration: One week (Monday - Friday).
One day per week for five weeks (Friday).

 Course Information

This Programme comprises 3 Credits.

Unit Standard 15921 (Level 2) (3 Credits)
Prepare and cook a cake, a sponge and scones in the hospitality industry.

 Learning Facilities

Fully equipped commercial kitchen.

 Domestic Entry Requirements

For year 11 - 13 secondary school students (NZ Citizens, permanent residents or students with an applicable visa allowing them to be enrolled in a secondary school).

Applications are to be received from participating schools.
